Shipping policy

We are a Print On Demand (POD) Company which means that products are made-to-order, requiring both production time and transit time. 
  • Production: Usually 2–7 business days.
  • Transit: Usually 3–5 business days for domestic US standard shipping, or 7–21 days for international. 

  • Shipping Rates & Methods: We are always looking for the best shipping rates, but these are decided by each shipper. 
  • Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
  • Missing or Stolen Packages: Contact us if a package is lost or stolen. 
  • Incorrect Addresses / Returned Packages: If your package is returned due to a bad address or deemed undeliverable, we will do our best to contact you to correct it. Otherwise it will stay with us for 60 days waiting on you contact us. If you do not, after 60 days we are no longer responsible for keeping it.

Multi-Item Orders: Orders with multiple items might ship from different facilities, meaning they could arrive in separate packages on different days.
